Everyone in Bayview was shocked to learn that we lost three residents Tuesday. Ron Olson, former sales representative for Waterford Park Homes, Died of a massive heart attack. Life Flight was called in, but to no avail. Ron hadn't lived in the community that long, but he will be missed by many.
Two others, long time residents and outstanding citizens were lost the same day. Archie Orth, former commander of Legion Post #149, avid fisherman, golfer and fly fishing expert. died after a long battle with cancer. His funeral will be held Saturday, June 14 at 11:00 am at the Legion post in Athol.
Archie's Brother-In-Law, Cliff Hohnwaldt, former Legion club manager, also died, the same day. We haven't any details yet as to when or if services will be held. We'll write more as information becomes available.
